Mimosas’s bring to mind a long weekend and grabbing brunch with family and friends. We celebrate this much needed tradition with our own version of the Mimosa. A light, refreshing, fizzy combination of orange juice and sparkling wine. Its beautiful color of light yellow is reminiscent of the Mimosa bush with its yellow flowers.
