Eight Settlers Distillery

Eight Settlers Distillery is one of Northern Utah’s newest and most scenic restaurant/distilleries. Located in Cottonwood Heights their menu offers Modern American cuisine with a traditional twist.

The distillery offers Rye Whiskey, Bourbon, Gin, and Vodka which is available to purchase in the onsite store, or enjoyed in one of their fabulous handcrafted cocktails.
